    We're seeking an experienced Contract Administrator (7+ years) to take the lead in end-to-end contract lifecycle across a portfolio of large complex projects working in the Contracts and Legal Team and reporting to Group Manager – Contracts and Legal.

    This is a pivotal role focused on maximising commercial performance across our business while minimising legal and contractual risk to the business.

    You'll partner closely with operational and project teams to ensure contracts are structured, negotiated, and executed in a way that delivers value. This is a high-impact role that will influence outcomes at every stage of the contract lifecycle and play a key part in strengthening our end-to-end contract management framework.

    The Role

    You'll be responsible for ensuring our contracts are commercially robust, strategically negotiated, and effectively managed from execution through to completion. With a strong focus on large, complex projects, you'll balance commercial acumen with risk mitigation to deliver optimal financial outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    - Lead the negotiation and execution of complex, high-value contracts
    - Provide timely advice and resolution on contract related matters
    - Prepare and manage key contractual obligations and deliverables
    - Identify, manage and resolve contract-related issues and disputes
    - Partner with Business Units to proactively manage emerging contractual risks
    - Build and maintain collaborative and strong relationships with business units and external stakeholders
    - Drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end contract management and lifecycle processes
    - Coach and advise managers on contract management best practice
    - Ensure governance, compliance, and risk mitigation frameworks are upheld
    - Ability to work more broadly on emerging legal and contract items as required

    About You

    - Minimum 7 years' experience in a Contract Administrator or similar commercial role, ideally across large projects
    - Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex project contracts
    - Strong commercial negotiation capability with a track record of improving financial outcomes balancing risk and opportunity
    - Sound understanding of contract law and risk management principles
    - Ability to build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
    - Highly organized, analytical with strong problem-solving skills
    - Relevant tertiary qualifications in either Law, Surveying, Commerce, or Business
