As an Operations Manager you will be an ambassador of the Green Rebel culture and brand and will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail stores.

Here's a general job description:

Upholds GR policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations are in place.
Completes store walkthroughs and takes corrective action when necessary.
Assists Store Managers with troubleshooting all store issues.
Support Store Managers as needed; covering Store Managers when absent.
Works regularly at each retail store to maintain a strong store presence and demonstrate leadership.
Focuses on sales growth within each retail store and GR's catering department.
Develops and maintains operational systems with organized record keeping.
Responsible for staff recruitment and hiring.
In conjunction with the Store Managers, maintains labour costs of 25% and food costs of 30% or better.
Responsible for managing special events.
Assists with the creation, implementation, and upkeep of company policies and procedures.
Up to date with industry standards and trends to better the business.
Ownership of profit and loss statements, budget spending, and inventory control.
Creates and executes operational tools to ensure quality assurance, levels of customer service, and location appearances are to standard.
Maintains a positive and inclusive work environment.

At least 5 years of senior management experience is required, including food service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an asset.

From $60,000.00 per year
