The mission of the Case Manager is to ensure patients have a supportive and unforgettable experience throughout our Stress Management & Well-Being program as well as with the Employee Assistance Program.


This role is perfect for students as it offers schedule flexibility

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Greet new patients in the program and accompany them through their journey
  • Check in and follow up on active cases, assist physicians and psychologists in their related tasks
  • Analyze cases and provide the best possible solutions to our members
  • Take a critical look at our program and generate ideas to optimize our processes and our patient's experience ;
  • Monitor data on patient consultations and progress
  • Drive usage by promoting the program to existing clients

What we're looking for:


  • Passion for mental health, quality of care and improving team processes and understanding
  • The availability to work days, evenings and weekends
  • The availability to work minimum 8 hours per week with the opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week (depending on our coverage needs)
  • Strong sense of empathy, timemanagement, critical thinking, attention to detail and excellent customer service
  • Preferably a bachelor's degree in psychology or in any healthrelated field
  • The ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken
  • Available to work evening shifts and one weekend out of two
  • Strong computer skills
