    To provide exceptional technical support to the Oncology Service, ensuring optimal patient care and coordination of all aspects.



    Nature of Work:


    This role involves providing assistance in all technical aspects of the Oncology service, including animal handling and manipulations. The individual will work in a large hospital environment with animals, exposing employees to dander, waste, and unpredictability. This position requires substantial lifting, moving, and cleaning of equipment/work area.




    Typical Duties


    • Assist diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on animals presented to the Oncology service.

    • Support Radiation Oncology services with high-quality client service and patient care.

    • Implement orders from oncologists, organize treatment protocols, assist specialized diagnostic procedures,

    • Maintain accurate medical records and billing information for supplies used during treatments.
