Responsibilities:

Enter supplier invoices, customer invoices, and other relevant documents into the system.

Print checks for payment of supplier invoices and handle printing of related reports.

Reconcile accounts regularly, including bank statements and credit card statements, and make payments according to expenditure guidelines.

Input and calculate payroll data in the financial system based on designated payment dates.

Code and file financial documents, maintain accounts payable, and ensure timely and accurate information.

Other duties assigned

Requirements:

-
College diploma in accounting, bookkeeping, or related field.

Strong data entry skills and proficiency in using Excel.

Knowledge of handling various financial transactions, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.
-
Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
