Jardeg is looking to hire Instrumentation Technician 3rd/4th year apprentices for their Turnaround at Cenovus Upgrader in Lloydminster, SK.

Potential candidates will be working on Turnaround event in mid-May to June 2024.

It will be on 6/1 or 12/2 shift with opportunity to work in pre-TA starting April 22, 2024, Turnaround event will be for about 4 weeks.

Instrument technicians install, maintain and repair the measuring and control devices used in industrial and commercial processing.

Instrument technicians work with a wide variety of pneumatic, electronic and microcomputer devices used to measure and control pressure, flow, temperature, level, motion, force, and chemical composition.

Responsibilities
Install, test, calibrate valves, switches, and measurement devices.
Work with a variety of pneumatic, electrical and electronic testing instrument to measure and control variables.
Experience with tube bending with various sizes of tube benders.
Minimum Requirements
Instrumentation Technician registered apprentice ticket
