Mission

Primary Responsibilities

Promote CIMA+'s brand image and develop its power of attraction.
Understand the business needs of assigned sectors and regions.
Master the market intelligence of assigned sectors and departments, analyze and make recommendations on talent competitiveness.
Keep abreast of the latest market trends and best practices in talent acquisition, to offer highlevel expertise.
Participate in various recruitment events.
Participate in the development of strategies to attract top talents.
Understand recruitment needs (medium to long term).
Conduct preselection interviews across Canada.
Write recommendations based on skills and facts.
Participate in the coordination of the interview process.
Use mass communication methods.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related discipline
Experience in talent acquisition, including one year in mass recruitment (an asset)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent ability to use computer systems and technologies
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
