Description
Totamowin Construction Inc is currently seeking a full-time estimator to join our team in Stony Plain, AB.
You will be responsible for calculating accurate construction cost estimates, and involved in planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution of projects for a growing concrete formwork development company.
Responsibilities:
Ability to read blueprints for pricing bids.
Preparing estimates for planning, organizing and scheduling project work.
Proficiency in MS-Office, outlook, excel, word.
Review documents, plans, specs and project sites to clearly understand the scope of work to be priced.
Responsible for preparing estimates and proposals on time.
Detail orientated along with strong analytical management and communication skills.
Qualifications:
3+ years "hands on" experience in the capacity of estimator including a full range of project delivery.
Knowledge of the construction concrete formwork industry.
Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with project team subtrades and consultants and clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude.
Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
