- Working in a fast paced environment advise customers in person and over the phone on various parts and accessories
- Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with part inquires while offering expertise and knowledge
- Placing orders and following up with customers as needed
- Providing product expertise and relevant part recommendations as required
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Automotive vehicle parts experience or relevant experience to be demonstrated
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced detail orientated environment
- Ability to use a computer, including web navigation and POS (point of sale)
- Capability to manage priorities, actively listen with proven teamwork skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- High school diploma and/or training in automotive vehicle parts equipment sales is considered an asset
