Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas in commercial spaces.
• Clean and sanitize living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms in residential settings.
• Empty trash and replace liners in accordance with established procedures.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure effective cleaning and safety.
• Handle special cleaning requests and projects with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect and report any maintenance or repair needs in the cleaning equipment or the premises.
• Adhere to established health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for clients' privacy and property.
• Assist in training new cleaners, when necessary.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on cleaning techniques and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a cleaner in both residential and commercial settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with various cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in tasks.
• Reliable and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in cleaning services is a plus.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ownership of a vehicle or a valid driving license is a plus.

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
