We are looking for a full-time bartender to join our team at Sorrentino's Downtown.

Responsibilities

Ensure all guests are attended to and served in a prompt, professional, efficient, and friendly manner
Maintain a high level of service, as well as food, bar product, and recipe knowledge
Ensure all products are prepared and served according to Sorrentino's specifications
Practice the responsible selling and serving alcohol to patrons at all times
Implement and promote upcoming and current specials and promotions
Accountability and management of cash
Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the dining room area
Ensure Sorrentino's reputation for outstanding customer service, quality of food, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Promoting and upselling of our "famous" products, in a positive, upbeat, respectful and professional manner
Answer guest questions, concerns, and relay feedback and allergy concerns
Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Must be bondable and friendly
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsible for handling cash and other payment information within the restaurant
Open availability for days, oncall, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary
Ability to work in a fastpaced and constantly changing environment
Willingness to work in a teamoriented atmosphere
Attain ProServe Certification from AGLC's website
Attain All AGLC required Certification
Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and personal hygiene at all times
Previous fine dining restaurant experience is an asset for the server and bartender positions
