Responsibilities:

Research target audience preferences and learn about current trends to ensure maximum engagement
Prepare and create engaging digital marketing campaigns in alignment with company deadlines
Develop and execute optimal scheduling on our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok)
Develop process and monitor online reviews and feedback
Collaborate with internal executives on design, execution and launch of all promotional items and marketing material, while driving new initiatives forward
Create, edit, and proofread a wide range of company marketing communication, while ensuring unified message and brand alignment
Continue best practices, train and coach all new hires on our corporate brand and social media effort
Expand and support the brand ambassador marketing program
Lead marketing and employee engagement initiatives on and offline

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven work as a Social Media and/or Marketing coordinator
Expertise in multiple social media platforms, digital marketing
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign programs
Excellent communication skills in English and French
BS degree in Marketing (an asset)
