Job Description:

Manage New project/POC requirements, act as a SPOC for all the communications and coordination with business

Drive the office hours meetings with Business.

Assess user feedback and incorporate necessary changes for service improvement.

Acknowledge the Migration requests, coordinate with user/EDS team for prerequisite and migration schedule.

Share the Cost analysis with End user(Standard Template) and follow up for migration readiness

Monitor the progress and manage the communication.

Manage communication on Service Announcements, Major changes/updates, Outages, Newsletter, Yammer, QBR's, etc

Engage with external team(Vendor/ISRM/CloudX) for testing and process implementation.

Manage and publish communications related to New Feature/Capability
