Signature Orthodontics is looking for a full-time passionate and energetic Records Technician to join our well-established practice in North Edmonton, AB.

What you will be doing - key responsibilities:

  • Partner with our Treatment Coordinator(s) in successfully integrating new patients into the practice.
  • Greet patients, tour them through the office, take panoramic xrays and patient photographs.
  • Upload orthodontic records.
  • Introduce the patient to the Treatment Coordinator.
  • Take ownership of the records room.
  • Responsible for restocking and ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment.
  • Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

What you bring - qualifications:


  • Registered Dental Assistant certification is required.
  • 13 years experience as an RDA within a dental/orthodontic setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
  • Keen attentiontodetail and time management skills.
