HRIS Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

As the HRIS Implementation Specialist at B2Gold, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of the global HRIS system, working closely with the HR Manager, Global Operations, and the implementation partner. This long-term project involves rolling out HR SAP & SF modules across all B2Gold operations, followed by managing HR reporting and system enhancements.

Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities to maximize the benefits of B2Gold's SAP investment.
Location

This full-time position is based at B2Gold Corporate Office in Vancouver, Canada, with the possibility of a flexible work arrangement.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand the current HR systems and landscape;
Coordinate project deliverables, liaising with the implementation partner and regional teams;
Collaborate with HR teams to support implementation and change management;
Support the implementation of SAP SF modules throughout the project life cycle;
Ensure project goals are met and communicate project risks or delays;
Track budgets and timelines, ensuring work meets business needs;
Assist with various project tasks such as data management, testing, and training;
Review and validate deliverables for quality;
Analyze HR processes and assist in standardizing job architecture and workflows;
Identify and report project execution risks to the Project Manager;
Perform other duties as needed to support Company objectives.

Competencies and Requirements

Specialized university degree in Human Resources, Business, or Computer Sciences;
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS environments;
Previous HRIS implementation management experience, SuccessFactors certification preferred;
Proficiency in SAP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors modules;
Strong project management and change management skills;
Ability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively;
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
Ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
