RESPONSIBILITIES
'¢Liaise with ship managers at CPP and with YVR to
ensure staff are uniformed correctly and have all passes as required by the company and YVR.
'¢Supervisor will handle the necessary communication to airline
'¢Schedule staff for ship days and for pre-cruise shifts.
'¢Ensure the staff hours are communicated with the office in a timely manner.
'¢Obtain and distribute manifests for ship days and pre cruise shifts.
'¢Supervise YVR staff to ensure each position is covered and staff have all information.
'¢Mitigate any guest/staff issues.
'¢Ensure to handle and assist immediately passenger discrepancies.
Well-groomed with a friendly outgoing demeanor & passion for providing a high-level of customer service to all the
guests.
'¢Possess a sense of responsibility and ability to multitask in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
'¢Able to stand or walk for long periods of time, often the entire shift.
'¢Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
'¢Excellent communication and presentation skills
