As a beauty consultant, you need to have enough experience and knowledge in beauty related industry, and have passion in it.

The duties of this job position include responding to customers' inquiries, doing skin examination and providing professional beauty advise and solution based on their skin condition.

• Educating customers with recording professional skin treatment advise
• Quick learner of new products and service and able to deliver to customers
• Booking consultation and able to perform a throughout examination
• Providing the suitable plan to customers including what products and service they should use
• Answer the phone promptly and use the guest's name throughout the phone conversation
• Actively promote the clinic, treatments, services, as well as promotions available
• Handle guests' questions and concerns promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy;
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
