Description

Janzen's Pharmacy Delivery Drivers are responsible to ensure the timely and secure delivery of pharmacy goods to our customers. Drivers represent our company in a professional manner, ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver confidential prescriptions & pharmacy goods to customers
Pickups as required. May include operating supplies, or items for destruction from facility partners.
Review and sort deliveries
Plan route for efficiency
Pack and load deliveries
Signing in and out of all equipment and obtain supervisor sign off
Responsible for collecting payments, signatures and confidential paperwork for return to pharmacy.
Adhere to all security and safety requirements. Perform pre & post trip inspections of company vehicles and complete Automotive Walk Around Form
Ensure all paperwork, money, are in folder and handed in at end of shift
Maintain ongoing communication with dispatcher
Minor maintenance of vehicles (clean, wash, fuel etc.)
Notify supervisors about any major repairs and regular maintenance.
Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
Handle in small float (if applicable)
Other duties as required
