Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid G driver's license
- Ability to lift 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous construction and operating experience
- Mechanically inclined
Day in the Life:
As a Paver Tail End Operator you will operate screed of the paver while laying the mat of asphalt to specified thickness and grades over prepared surfaces.
Ensuring smooth transitions from tie in points such as curbs and keeping an eye on the quality (appearance, compactions, slope etc ) of the laid mat is an important part of this position.
In this role you will also need to contribute to other aspects of the paving operation including, raking, shoveling.
Every day you will lead by example by promoting, leading, and executing a Safety-First culture for all employees, sub-contractors, consultants, and the public.
