- Assist in inventory tracking by creating tags and updating system information
- Assist in sales processing
- Balance daily cash reports
- Assist with customer calls on a multiline telephone system
- Manage correspondence
- Respond to general requests
- Provide administrative support to the dealership
- Other duties as assigned

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- CDK experience an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets, word processing
- Excellent customer service skills
- A pleasant telephone manner and a sunny disposition
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highdemand environment
Salary:
$21.00-$22.00 per hour
