Job Type:
Two-year Contract, Full-time

Hourly Wage:
$16.5

Work Hour: 40 hours/week.

Work Location:
Suite 0107, Avenue, Yellowknife, NT, X1A 2N6.

Language Requirement:

C & H Holding Ltd. (Mark's Restaurant) is an Asian restaurant with incredible selections of traditional Chinese food.

We offer a great time for people, and our delicious buffet is the reason why people keep coming back for more.

Now, we are looking for a full-time
Kitchen Helper to join us.

Job Duties:

Prepare meal ingredients, including washing, peeling, cutting and slicing ingredients.
Washing and cleaning worktables, cupboards, dishes, utensils, and other cooking appliances to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Neatly put all cooking appliances in the appropriate places.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors as required.
Remove trash, replace garbage bags, and wash garbage containers.
Assist kitchen staff in unloading food supplies from delivery trucks.
Unpack and store ingredients and food items in appropriate storage areas according to food safety standards.
Packing takeout orders as needed.
Assist cook and kitchen staff in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Relevant experience is preferred.
Ability to work in a fastpaced kitchen environment, including the physical ability to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen.
Superior multitasking and time management skills.
Effective interpersonal and conflict resolution skills,
Reliable, positive, and hardworking.
