Prepr, is a non-profit social enterprise established in 2011, originally set out to explore the cross-sections of innovation and skills economy.

In 2014, Prepr launched its flagship product, called PIE; an interdisciplinary problem-solving framework, a 3-phase Method that combines project leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship to build agile teams and take ideas to market in 15-Steps in 90 days or less.


Today, Prepr creates virtual labs that enable organizations to deliver collaborative learning experiences combining project-based learning, challenge-based learning, and micro-credential achievements in order to help students, employees, job seekers and startups upskill and re-skill, on their journey to becoming lifelong learners and problem solvers.

As our Program Support Coordinator, you will be a key asset to the Program Delivery team.

Your days are busy providing administrative assistance and logĂ­stical support across several programs in addition to being the first point of contact for our learners when it comes to program administration.


What You'll Work On:


  • Assist in organizing and maintaining programrelated documents, records, and files in a systematic manner.
  • Assist in verifying participant eligibility, crosschecking data, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
  • Support with routine correspondence and inquiries related to program activities from participants, partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist in data entry tasks to update and maintain program databases while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of programrelated data.
  • Coordinate logistics for program events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers and the Finance Team to facilitate the timely and accurate processing of program subsidy payments.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation to support transparent and accountable subsidy payment processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Gogetters and self starters who thrive in fast paced environments
  • At least 12 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity or experience with the AGILE methodology
  • Ability to work in a technology heavy environment and learn new tools and platforms quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

What We Offer:

- $ $22.00 per hour based on experience
