    The Department of Medicine, Dalhousie University / Nova Scotia Health, seeks applications for a 12-month locum Gastroenterologist in the Division of Digestive Care and Endoscopy at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, Nova Scotia.

    The Division of Digestive Care and Endoscopy is one of 15 divisions within the Department of Medicine and is a leader of tertiary clinical services in the Atlantic Provinces.

    In addition to playing an important clinical role in the Department, division members have excellent opportunities for collaborative educational and research activities to facilitate rewarding and fulfilling career development.

    It is expected that the successful candidate will provide specialty care in hepatology in addition to general gastroenterology during the locum.

    Candidates must hold FRCPC (or equivalent) certification in Internal Medicine and subspecialty certification in Gastroenterology. Candidates with advanced training or experience in hepatology are preferred.
