The Human Resources department at _Dyna_
_LIFE__Dx_** is a dynamic team that supports the organization in the areas of Labour Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Abilities Management, and Payroll & Benefits.

We are seeking a responsible, self-motivated individual who will be able to provide administrative support to the various areas of our team.


Major Functions and Responsibilities:


  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients Provide administrative support including but not limited to:
  • maintenance of various tracking databases o scanning
- document filing and maintenance o report production
- letter preparation
- development of communication materials o document preparation
- scheduling appointments, meetings and interviews

  • Handle daily correspondence and maintain effective followup system
  • Support employee programs which may include facilitation of various sessions and employee events

Required Experience

  • 13 years experience in administrative assistant role is required
  • Previous experience providing administrative support within a Human Resources department is an asset

Minimum Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma is required
  • Business Administrative certificate or diploma would be an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Software
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate and maintain typical office equipment

    _LIFE__Dx_** must show their confirmation of SIN letter/SIN card and government issued photo ID to Human Resources prior to commencing work.

  • Individuals hired into all positions must provide verification of their highest level of education.
  • A security clearance will be required for employees newly hired to _Dyna_
