Program Supervisor - Full Time Permanent Position

The Lions McInnes House is a non-profit organization that provides intervenor services for adults who are congenitally deafblind in a community apartment setting.

If your answer is yes to most of the questions below, then this position is for you

  • Have you supervised a team?
  • Are you able to provide guidance and support to a team?
  • Have you previously managed a budget?
  • Do you enjoy working in a changing environment?

What Are We Looking For?

  • A Post-Secondary Education in Intervenor Services, Developmental Services Worker, Social Services Worker or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years' experience working in a variety of social service settings or in the human services field, with experience supervising a team
  • Experience supporting Deafblind Individuals an asset
  • Knowledge of various communication techniques (sign language, picture cues) an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and critical thinking ability
  • Valid Driver's License Class G

Salary:
$46,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
