Description
In this role, you will provide dedicated specialized administrative support to a Portfolio Manager on diverse assignments. This is a frontline role where your first impressions will leave lasting results on our business and customer experience.This position reports to the Portfolio Manager.
More specifically, your role in the team will be to:
- Open and update client files with all related documentation.
- Carry out instructions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers and currency conversions for all investment accounts and ensure a rigorous followup.
- Closely monitor daytoday transactions.
- Generate portfolio management reports.
- Implement efficient procedures for the administration of client files.
- Familiarize and adhere to compliance requirements, including all aspects of new and existing account documentation and marketing materials.
- Manage the advisors' agenda, book appointments and prepare for client meetings.
- Provide clients with information on tax slips and other documents.
- Carry out all other related tasks.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 10 years' relevant experience in the banking, insurance and/or financial industry
- Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships and work collaboratively, confidentially and independently
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to change
- Organizational and priority management skills
- Be autonomous, energetic and disciplined
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) English and French
Job Types:

Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
