Description

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
• Cooking items on the line by grilling, frying, chopping, sauteing, and broiling to quality guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

• Proven cooking experience as cook
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task
• Familiar with industry's best practice

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings
• Evening shift
• Night shift

• Cooking: 1 year (required)

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
