The ERP Business Analyst has a good understanding of different business processes including the GMP requirements, and can easily understand and capture internal customers requirements.

He/She provides operational support to users in close collaboration with the superuser and business process owner community when required, helps maintain various system documentations in accordance with Pharmascience policy and procedures.


Design

  • Work closely with the superuser community in all phases of the system lifecycle
  • Responsible for understanding the business needs of our internal customers and transforming them into technical solutions.
  • Plans, manages, and performs the activities related to detailed analysis and design of solution in relations with ERP Solution
  • Propose good business practices and identify value
  • Added solutions to customers by promoting best practices and the development of current solutions before to develop new ones.
  • Design decisions based on a good understanding of business processes, practices and requirements
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders, internal and external vendors in improving the quality of service provided to our internal customer.

Documentation

  • Review and maintain system documentation (user guides, howto, knowledge articles, SOP's)
  • Assist in the development of training materials
  • Develop tests plan and scenarios and different test scripts
  • Review and maintain validation documents (URS, FS, DS, IQ, OQ, )

Training

  • Identify training needs with users/super users and maintain the SU community for systems under his/her responsibility
  • Provide training to the super user community.

Support

  • Coordinate the support activities between superusers community, vendors, and other internal IT groups
  • Act as an escalation point for system under his/her responsibility
  • Provide change request assessment and implementation plan, ensure changes are adequately tested and authorized before implementation as per Pharmascience policy and procedures.
  • Perform or assist in the system configurations to meet the business requirements.
  • Keep systems up to date in terms of security patchs in collaboration with third party vendors.
  • Monitor systems interfaces and scheduled jobs runs.

Project

  • Participate to different corporate projects
  • Lead the implementation of simple enhancement to existing systems
  • Coordinate team effort in developing and implementing the enhancement
  • Conduct detailed functional and integration testing

  • SAP ERP suite (ECC6) / S4/HANA
  • APO/IBP
  • BPC
  • SAP BW
  • SAP Business Object, SAP SuccessFactors,Sciforma Winshuttle, Concur, ReadSoft, Bartender, EDI
  • Gentran IDE, enterprise content management solutions, i.e. OpenText
  • TrackWise Quality Management Solution
  • Sharepoint, Teams, ASANA, LUCIDCHART, Microsoft tools
  • Cloud and On-Premises environment
  • Proprietary systems, and SAAS
  • Occasionally travels to laboratory, production, and site packaging environments (RoyalMount, Candiac, Dorval)
  • Environment and normal business hours, may be required to work outside normal hours and at other PMS locations
