Due to an overwhelming amount of leads, we're seeking a motivated sales-oriented Personal Insurance Broker, ready to thrive in a vibrant and supportive setting.

This role is ideal for those eager to move beyond traditional brokerage frameworks and contribute to a team that's redefining industry standards (and have fun doing it).


Key Responsibilities

:


  • Drive sales through various channels (Telephone, Online, Social Media. etc.).
    Leads provided by no cold calling required.
:


  • Foster and maintain client relationships.
  • Deeply understand various insurance providers' underwriting rules, and product features & benefits.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver unmatched customer service.

What You Bring

:


  • Valuable experience in personal insurance (Min 2 years in Personal Insurance Sales required)
  • Strong sales aptitude.
  • RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
  • Commitment to accuracy and detail.
  • Strong team collaboration skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • Techsavviness and adaptability to a paperless workplace.
  • Excellent communication skills.
