Python Web Scraping – Captcha bypass

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python developer specialized in web scraping to automate the collection of procedural data from the brazilian law websites Comunica PJe and Eproc (systems (TRF2 and TRF4). The goal is to create a clean, reproducible Python script that extracts judicial case information and downloads all attached files.Responsibilities
- Develop a complete Python script with clean, well-commented, maintainable code.
- Extract data and generate an output CSV using pandas.
- Include a commented option for database connection via SQLAlchemy (for future use).
