Building Operator

Part Time, Weekends hours)
**South Community Hub, 5 Fermor Ave.
**Are you a self-starter with skills and experience to maintain building operations, pool

and equipment? As a Building Operator, you will ensure that the facility is well

maintained to meet our members' needs. You have a natural mechanical inclination and

thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Are you the right fit?

Demonstrated experience in general mechanical maintenance and repairs
Basic HVAC and plumbing knowledge
Experience working with and directing contract service providers
Proven time management and organizational skills

**What else do you need?

24 years' experience in skilled trades and/or building maintenance
Strong customer service, communication and Interpersonal skills
Emergency First Aid and CPR C (can provide in house)
Pool Operators Certification and experience
Scissor Lift Operator*
Employer provided training available
