Job summary

We are seeking a high-performing Broker Relationship Manager to develop and expand our broker partner network by combining relationship management, sales enablement, and operational execution.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or broker/channel management with strong understanding of broker-driven sales models.

This role requires excellent communication skills build long-term relationships through consistent communication responsiveness trust act strategic partner brokers understand their business model help them grow support brokers full deal lifecycle review incoming deals completeness accuracy quality coordinate underwriting operations efficient deal progression identify trends recommend improvements increase approval funding rates onboard new brokers train Merchant Growth products processes expectations educate partners best practices product positioning deal structuring proactively identify opportunities high-potential partners closely collaborate underwriting operations leadership ensure alignment priorities provide feedback improve processes tools policies support development rollout new initiatives programs technology performance accountability manage KPIs volume quality conversion responsiveness maintain accurate CRM records reporting identify address performance gaps early action plans required experience knowledge skills 3 years partnerships business development or channel management preferred alternative lending financial services fintech strongly preferred highly organized attention detail comfortable managing multiple priorities fast-paced environment strong productive relationships consistent deal flow improved quality efficiency submissions increased partner engagement retention clear communication internal collaboration measurable contribution overall company growth what we offer competitive salary group health benefits education learning benefits collaborative team environment we thank all applicants however only selected candidates contacted
