Description

The Logistics Dispatch Coordinator arranges for the execution of the logistics plan and all associated responsibilities as laid out by the Logistics Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sending out freight tenders to freight providers with guidance from Logistics Manager.
Arrange for and track trailer drop offs for loading and execution.
Completion of Export Paperwork as necessary.
Provide updates for the sales team as to truck tracking and execution.
Manage trucking and tie trucks in the Harmony system as directed by Logistics Manager.
Provide feedback on trucking execution to the team to aid in future planning and freight booking decisions.
Other clerical duties

Intermediate competency with Microsoft Excel
3 years Logistics experience
Knowledge of Motor Vehicle Inspection Program and Department of Transportation Rules and Regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
