Marketing Strategy Manager, Global Marketing Team**Location: Ville St-Laurent

Your mission

If you're a seasoned and data-driven GTM leader, this role is for you. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will architect marketing strategies that propel GardaWorld's growth and market expansion.

In this pivotal role, you will harness market intelligence and business data to develop comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation.

Working in close partnership with our business units' sales & marketing teams and the global marketing unit, you will orchestrate cross-functional strategies across our diverse business units, including Security Services U.

S., Security Services Canada, ECAMSECURE, BEST, Security Systems, and Security Services Africa. Your expertise in creating actionable strategies will be instrumental in supporting GardaWorld's mission and growth objectives. Your role is also crucial in cultivating and managing partnerships to support our mission.


Responsibilities:


  • Devise datadriven briefs that inspire teams to produce impactful end results, ensuring alignment with GardaWorld's objectives for full growth potential across diverse and precise markets and verticals.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to develop gotomarket strategies that are aligned with business unit objectives and the global marketing game plan, aiming for exciting digital objectives and embracing fullfunnel B2B strategic thinking.
  • Prepare for and contribute to CEO Review sessions, demonstrating the value of global marketing leadership.
  • Deliver executive presentations for various projects, including 360 campaign plans, competitor analysis, gotomarket presentations, and retrospectives.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with business units (marketing and sales), guiding them to align their vision with actionable value creation initiatives.
  • Conduct surveillance of the security services ecosystem in North America and globally to understand competitor positioning and strategies.
  • Serve as an expert advisor within your discipline, actively supporting business development efforts and collaborating with the global marketing team of specialists.
  • Perform all other related tasks.
Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline, or relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of proven work experience in marketing, with at least 5 years focused on strategy in a B2B industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, full English & French proficiency. The official working language is French.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), with great capabilities in data analysis using Excel

Highly Valued Qualification:
Good knowledge of the various digital channels (Paid, Owned, Earned)
