We are currently looking for a temporary full-time
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist to join our
Yurek Specialities team in London, Ontario for a six-month contract position.


Job Purpose


The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist serves as a key member of the team responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (NAV) within the organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of business analysis, system configuration, and user training to ensure the effective utilization of the ERP system to meet business needs.

The Specialist plays a critical role in analyzing client requirements, developing tailored solutions, providing technical support and training, and contributing to project teams through workshops and ERP implementations.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct business analysis to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including setup of modules, workflows, and customizations.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle from kickoff to technical implementation and status update meetings, to project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to the use and administration of the ERP system.
  • Provide training and support to endusers on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Analyze and resolve issues facing users, including technical support and troubleshooting of system errors and performance issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to translate business requirements into system configurations and customizations.
  • Contribute to project teams through participation in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and ERP implementations.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decisionmaking processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the system.
  • Assist with basic IT needs within the company, such as hardware issues.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by Manager.

Qualifications/Competencies

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Field or Customer Service) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with setup and master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Proficiency in analyzing client requirements and translating them into system solutions.
  • Ability to provide effective training and support to endusers.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues.
  • Experience contributing to ERP implementations through workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and ability to assist with IT needs within the organization.
