As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and specifications.
Facilitate communication between technical and nontechnical teams.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
Conduct research and stay abreast of industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technologydriven environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Proficient in the use of business analysis tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or similar) is desired.
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems considered an asset.
Familiarity with Microsoft, specifically SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure considered an asset.
