Primary Duties:
- Priority is to complete figures, maps etc. in support of project deliverables including
adobe acrobat etc.;
- Provide administration support to planners if/as needed;
- Provide ongoing support in the coordination of planning submissions;
Education/qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in autoCAD and Microsoft Office (including excel, word, project,
- Ability to learn, understand and interpret planning policies, municipal zoning bylaws,
Key Competencies:
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize and selfmanage workloads to ensure ontime delivery of
- Be comfortable working under pressure and on a deadline;
- Able to multitask while ensuring successful outcomes are achieved;
Requirements:
- Must have valid Class G driver's license and access to a vehicle;
- Must have a college diploma or university degree in planning technology, urban planning
