Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga has an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Management Systems Coordinator. The successful incumbent will be responsible for QMS documentation, maintenance and coordination.

Essential Responsibilities

Maintain Work Instructions/processes/procedures/QAPs/SOPs and airworthiness documentation related to DND requirements (F404 and J85).

Provide oversight of work instructions as well as upkeep of QAPs/SOPs and manuals to reflect off-site employee requirements

Coordinate on-site and off-site activities.

Review and analyze data, prepare Quality reports, and maintain records.

Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Relevant Degree/ College Diploma or equivalent

Aerospace Quality Assurance experience

Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and requirements, drawings,

Familiar with QMS documentation and maintenance, and coordination.

Experience with evaluating and implementing quality assurance tools and processes

Strong Microsoft Applications experience, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Attention to detail

Problem-solving skills

Great analysis skills

Excellent written & oral communication skills.
