Description

The Lead Hand Landscaper will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects, coordinating crew members, and ensuring the successful completion of projects to meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Lead and supervise landscaping crew members, providing guidance and direction as needed.
• Plan and organize daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Perform various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to planting, sodding, mulching, trimming, and irrigation installation.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in safe and proper working condition.
• Monitor project progress and quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and expertise in landscaping techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
