Description

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the organization's receivables, ensuring timely and accurate collection of outstanding payments from customers and clients.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining financial stability by monitoring accounts, reconciling discrepancies.


Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and related tasks for accounts receivable invoices and payments received.

  • Maintain ledgers, credit balances, and resolve any account irregularities.
  • Administer claims, refunds, adjustments, and other A/R management transactions.
  • Engage diplomatically with customers to provide billing information and support for timely invoice payments.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years experience in accounts receivable role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong knowledge of payment regulations and fair credit practices
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact diplomatically with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively

Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour
