By advancing internal capacity for organizations we're helping build stronger communities one project at a time.As Site Supervisor you'll lead by being on site and overseeing the day-to-day operation of a residential construction site reading and adhering to design plans ensuring projects are completed on time within budget coordinating with subcontractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution maintaining accurate project documentation including progress reports picking up delivering loading/unloading materials moving materials to the work area assisting with preparation of modular units prior to craning using power tools maintaining cleanliness of job site.
- Experience with residential construction (multi-family considered an asset) is required 10 years minimum.
- Hard-working organized self-driven able to work independently as part of a team with limited supervision at times.
