Ever since the successful completion of our first project in 1987, Pre-Eng has enjoyed continued success by building on traditional core strengths - efficiency, risk management, integrity, and customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist to join our construction office team.

As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a critical role in providing a positive and professional impression to our clients, partners, and visitors.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, shop drawings, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using office equipment such as a scanner, copier, and printer
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
This position is full-time hours are from 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.
