Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health Program has an opportunity for a

PSYCHOLOGIST, PERMANENT PART-TIME

OPSEU 583 Hourly Pay Rate:
$ $70.89

Neuropsychology and Cognitive Health provides neuropsychological assessment, cognitive intervention, and behaviour support services at Baycrest. The mission of our program is to provide excellence and leadership in clinical neuropsychological services. The program has an opportunity for a clinical neuropsychologist to provide services in the Memory Link and Learning the Ropes for MCI programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide screening and intervention services in the Learning the Ropes program
Supervise psychology interns and practicum students
Attend and contribute to Neuropsychology team meetings and educational series
Contribute to program's research and innovation projects
Other duties as directed

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

D. in Psychology
Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) or American Psychological Association (APA) accredited internship preferred
Registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Neuropsychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
Experience with neuropsychological evaluation and intervention of individuals with neurodegenerative disorders
Experience working with an older adult population
Experience working with interprofessional teams
Demonstrated ability to take professional accountability for leading, organizing, providing and delegating care activities for clients and families
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problemsolving skills

Basic computer skills

Meditech, Microsoft Word and Excel
