Oregon Personal Injury Attorney Needed

Job description
We are seeking a qualified Oregon-licensed Personal Injury Attorney to assist with a premises liability claim arising from a denied trip-and-fall incident in Clackamas County.
The matter involves disputed liability (open-and-obvious/comparative fault) and documented lumbar spine injury supported by MRI and neurology findings.The ideal candidate should have experience handling Oregon premises liability cases and be comfortable providing case evaluation, strategic liability analysis, drafting and reviewing pleadings, and advising on pre-suit negotiation versus litigation strategy.
Representation may begin as limited-scope or hybrid, with potential transition to full representation depending on case assessment.If you are detail-oriented, litigation-ready, and experienced in negotiating and litigating Oregon personal injury matters, we would welcome your interest.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.Mandatory skills:
