Description
We are currently hiring aGrade Foreman/Supervisor
- Grade roads/parking lots efficiently and effectively
- Read plans and put them into action on the job site.
- Adjust catch basins, manholes etc to meet grade requirements of the job.
- Communicate effectively with grader/skid steer operator to ensure job demands are met.
- Complete jobs in a timely and quality manner and ensure all jobs are prepped properly for paving.
- Supervise a grade crew effectively and communicate well with all parties on a job site.
- Coordinate with project managers to determine traffic control requirements for a variety of jobs.
- Report any issues with projects/crew members directly to Asphalt Superintendent
- Be proactive in organizing the job for the following day.
- Ensure all crew members work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate Skid Steer when required.
- Completed required inspections and review job hazard assessments

$26.00-$31.00 per hour
