    **Team Lead, Grant Management**

    Reporting to the Manager Pre-approval, the Team Lead is responsible for supporting the manager by assigning and monitoring tasks to the team, while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Leadership
    - Manage defined goals, objectives, and internal service standards.
    - Mentor and coach a strong diverse team, while building a collaborative culture.

    Operational Management
    - Train and supervise assigned team, establish responsibilities, review workload based on KPIs, and daily reporting and adjust schedules to ensure operational requirements are met.
    - Provide project management expertise to support department process improvement priorities.
    - Liaise with IT department to report on system issues on behalf of the team and provide regular status updates.
    - Plan meetings as required and document critical notes and decisions.
    - Ensure effective communication within the team.
    - Other duties as assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
    - Post-secondary education in a business-related field and 2+ years of relevant experience in a management role
    - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and professional behaviour
    - Excellent leadership and project management skills
    - Computer literate
    - Creative thinker, reliable, and ability to meet deadlines
    - Ability to think strategically and recommend appropriate initiatives and solutions
    - Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
    - Self‐motivated, able to work in a team environment and balance the needs of many individuals
    - Fully bilingual (English and French) is an asset

    **Chef d'équipe, opérations, Gestion des subventions**

    Relevant du ou de la gestionnaire, approbations au préalable, la cheffe ou le chef d'équipe, opérations doit appuyer le gestionnaire en assignant des tâches à l'équipe et en les supervisant, tout en assurant un fonctionnement courant efficace.

    PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

    Leadership
    - Gérer les buts et objectifs définis ainsi que les normes internes du service.
    - Offrir du mentorat et un accompagnement à une équipe solide et diverse, tout en créant une culture collaborative.

    Gestion des opérations
    - Former et superviser l'équipe assignée, établir les responsabilités, évaluer la charge de travail en fonction des indicateurs clés de performance et des rapports quotidiens et ajuster les horaires pour garantir le respect des exigences opérationnelles.
    - Apporter son savoir-faire en gestion de projet pour appuyer les priorités d'amélioration des processus du service.
