    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This rewarding role involves working with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, providing education on health promotion and injury prevention, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to evaluate treatment plans.

    Responsibilities

    • Consult with healthcare professionals to evaluate treatment plans and identify areas for improvement.
    • Record observations and review reports from healthcare professionals to determine patients' current and potential functioning levels.
    • Prepare comprehensive treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
    • Provide education to clients regarding health promotion and injury prevention, management, and treatment.
    • Implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
    • Design and implement specialized therapy programs tailored to the needs of our patients.
    • Conduct research in the field of rehabilitation to stay up-to-date on best practices and innovative approaches.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) certification.
    • Current CPR Certificate and First Aid Certification.
    • Valid driver's license for occasional travel between locations.

    Benefits

    We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including:
