About our Business Transformation Team:


We are a high-performance team focused on understanding all of Grant Thornton's business process for all service lines and functional areas.

We are experts in designing new processes and champion change to enable our colleagues in their transition from the current to the future state.


As a Manager, Business Transformation your responsibilities will include:

  • A passionate business process expert who has an improvement focus leading the implementation of behavioural changes enabled by technology and manages the effective adoption, reinforcement and integrates change in alignment with our strategy.
  • A leader in the rollout of our internal transformation program within the region; aligning the fundamental processes and ways in which we work across the country to ensure consistency for all colleagues and our clients through the delivery of training, rolling out and understanding new enhancements and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand feedback and provide objective data driven approach to improve organizational performance.
  • Design, implement and deliver business performance/improvement programs in areas such as business process reengineering, business performance improvement, client and colleague relationship management.
  • Leverage data analytics to suggest program opportunities and recommendations for future progression.
  • Oversee and identify deliverables, as well as coach Analysts on the team.
  • Help business units to successfully navigate through critical business changes and address complex issues.
  • Foster an environment and culture that encourages productivity, innovation & teamwork.
  • Other duties as assigned.

:


  • Undergraduate degree in business, engineering, economics or relevant experience
  • 7+ years experience in process reengineering, business analysis, change management and / or business transformation
  • Has experience in a leadership or influencing role for at least 35 completed projects
  • Proven track record of recent and related experience delivering change / transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma process and/or Organizational Change Management methods in a large complex, multistakeholder environment
  • Ability to present concepts and ideas to leadership that focuses on recommendations and eliciting decisions from key stakeholders and leadership
  • Able to engage, influence, and lead colleagues through change
  • Strong analytical and creative problemsolving skills
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including formal presentations and training delivery at all organizational levels
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Change Management an asset
