The job involves:

Overseeing the Asian Restaurant operation including Golden Lotus, Noodle Bar, and Sushi Bar
Acting as a liaison between the associates and the Asian Restaurants manager; coordinating kitchen and dining room activities to ensure optimum quality and service levels
Supervising staff with regard to training, work assignments, scheduling, and administrative functions
Ensuring guests are provided with the highest level of service; making decisions pertaining to the betterment of the guest's experience
Advising workers on the potential and actual hazards of the job; providing instructions as to the measures and procedures required to work safely
Ensuring compliance with the Liquor License Act
Working as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels
Thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties
Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation
3 years experience in a high volume food and beverage outlet
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
Demonstrated leadership, management and team building skills
Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Smart Serve and Food Safe Handling certification
