YouthCounsellor (Full Time Overnights) Opportunity:

The YouthCounsellor plays a pivotal role as a main support figure for young individuals here at Vantage. This awake overnight shift is 11:30pm – 8:00am Wednesday – Sunday each week and is vital to ensure around-the-clock support. They are an essential team member committed to delivering services to young people and families within a well-organized environment.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or undergraduate degree in Human Services (or actively enrolled), e.g., Child and Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
• Experience working with young people is preferred.
• Current certifications in Standard First Aid/Level C CPR, PIC, IRC, Valid Driver's License, and Driver's Abstract.

On-site location in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.
